Services
YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOU, AND HOW I WORK...
If that is the case, then you are in the right place my friend.

My most popular services are my 1:1 packages delivered in my busy online clinic. It's here that we get the chance to REALLY dive in to your health, take a closer look at you and your life, conduct a range of lab tests (often including bloodwork, hormone testing, genetic testing, and microbiome testing), and delve into the underlying causes behind your struggles using a root cause, whole person approach. Unlike many nutritional therapists, I am trained to work with people who have struggled with eating disorders, meaning I can provide valuable support to those people for whom Women's Health issues and disordered eating patterns cross over.

However, not everyone needs such in depth support, and if you are struggling with your fertility then I have a couple of lower cost options for you that would make the perfect place to start. These include my signature Fundamentals for Fertility online programme which addresses the six areas you need to focus on to support fertility, regardless of where you are on the journey, and the Fertility Support Hub membership which involves direct support from me in a weekly Zoom call along with an access any time online resource library, as well as monthly guest expert sessions.

Note that inclusivity is a priority for me and I welcome people of all cultures, religions, ethnicities, ages, gender identities, sexualities, body sizes, and across the full spectrum of physical, social and neuro differences. Whilst the language across this site refers to Women's Health, I recognise that not all people with female anatomy identify as 'women', and that not all people who are women have female anatomy. Please know that I see you and you are welcome here. At present, this is still terminology I feel strongly about, because women continue to be let down, and women's health issues continue to be underplayed and gaslighted by the patriarchal systems within which we live. Until these barriers are broken down and my mission of Radically Revolutionising Women's Health is achieved, I will continue to use this term, though if the issue becomes so pressing as to suggest that I am marginalising large swathes of people by its use then I will find a way to adapt.
