

1:1 RELATIONAL HEALTH WORK
For the women, theys and thems who’ve been living with this shit for far too long.
Who’re done with being told they’re broken.
You’ve been standing on wobbly ground for a while, thinking you should be able to get on with it, but you’ve felt the call. Your body is asking you to pay attention. Believe me, it will keep nagging until you start to listen.
It’s manifested in whatever language it can find: fatigue, digestive issues, mood swings, infertility, hormone and menstrual cycle issues, malaise, general world weariness, sleep problems, migraines, postnatal depletion, burnout, raging perimenopause, binge eating or restricting.
You’ve given up going to the doctors and being batted away, you’ve tried the diets, the supplements, the self-help books, followed the instagram accounts, listened to the podcasts. Got overwhelmed, given up and started again with even more determination a hundred times over. You’ve been poked, prodded, and prescribed. Yet, you know in your bones that something is off and you cannot carry on like this.
So you’ve landed here because you’ve decided to take heed and listen to the call.
This isn’t about fixing you. Because you’re not broken.
This is about unearthing the truths your body has been whispering (or screaming) all along. It’s about peeling back the layers of societal expectation, internalised oppression, and inherited trauma to find the you that’s been there all along—whole, wise, and waiting.
In our sessions, we’ll delve into:
The stories your symptoms are telling
The underlying biochemical imbalances driving your symptoms using lab testing
The nourishment your body truly craves
The rhythms and cycles that guide you
The societal structures that have shaped your health & life narrative
The unconscious mind and the body-mind (soma) and how to work WITH rather than against them
This is deep, transformative work and we will leave no stone unturned. It’s not a quick fix. But if you’re ready to journey back to yourself, I’m here to walk beside you.

My group offerings are spaces of collective care, where we gather to share, learn, and support one another. Rooted in feminist, decolonial, and body-based practices, these programmes are designed to help you reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your power.
I have big plans in 2025 and beyond to create more regular group focused activities, to include programmes on recurrent miscarriage, perimenopause, fertility, gut health and more.
