The Great Unravelling: A workshop for grief and connection

SATURDAY 9TH AUGUST 2025
PLOT 9, MAZE HILL, LONDON, SE3 7RD
HOSTED BY KATY BRADBURY & AMINA GICHINGA

At a time when everything feels too much - grief, war, genocide, burnout, the ache of disconnection - this gathering, under the energy of the full moon, in stunning outdoor surroundings, is a place to lay it all down.

Join us for a 4-hour, in-person space of collective care, ceremony and creativity. We’ll be tending to our grief, connecting with our bodies, our voices and remembering our place in the wider web of resistance and renewal.

Together, we’ll move through three 1 x hour sessions with breaks and snacks included, plus a follow up integration call on Zoom.

Nervous system support for women on the brink

WEDNESDAY 14TH SEPTEMBER 2025 | 7-9PM | ONLINE
HOSTED BY KATY BRADBURY

WHO IT’S FOR:

Women in their 30s–50s who are stuck in survival mode: juggling too much, emotionally flatlined or hyper-reactive, experiencing chronic symptoms (fatigue, digestive issues, anxiety, hormonal shit), and feel like you’re struggling to keep your head above water and exhausted from trying to fix yourself alone.

You know your nervous system is fried. You just don’t know what to actually do about it.

YOU’LL WALK AWAY WITH:

  • A grounded understanding of what’s happening in your body and brain when you feel stuck, numb, wired, or overwhelmed

  • A reframe of your symptoms as intelligent responses—not personal failures

  • Practical tools that actually work to shift state (no toxic positivity, no gaslighting)

  • A 3-part framework to restore capacity and create more space in your body, time, and mind—without abandoning your responsibilities

WHY THIS NOW?

The collective nervous system is shot. You’re fucking tired of being told to “just rest” or “set boundaries” without support like it’s your own fault. You get that it’s all linked with systemic oppression but at the same time you still need to function, and we are lacking in reliable tools and a clear understanding of why you feel like you’re barely coping. You’re at capacity, and this workshop offers immediate, embodied relief in a restorative, judgement free circle.
