Ep50 – The Impact of Disordered Eating Patterns on Fertility

Hello, I'm Katy Bradbury, a qualified Nutritional Therapist, Private Health Visitor and qualified nurse. I have worked in Women's Health, Maternal and Children's Health for many years.

Today's podcast is titled "The impact of disordered eating patterns on fertility." In this episode, I talk about the impact of disordered eating patterns on fertility. In what I hope is an open conversation, I explore some of the most common eating disorders, the difference between eating disorders and disordered eating, and some of the ways and reasons these illnesses/behaviours impact fertility.

NB: This episode is not intended to diagnose an eating disorder. It is more to increase awareness and encourage anyone concerned about themselves or others to get support.
